TBF Update: Two Weeks to World Premiere, Promotional Tour + Hard-Faith™ Student Discussions!
And we’re off! Today marks two weeks from the official nationwide release of “Generational Sins” (2017), and we are officially one week into our promotional tour!
The past week has been a whirlwind as Third Brother Films’ director, Spencer T. Folmar and executive producer, Thurman Mason, took to the road to promote “Generational Sins.” They have spent time in several communities already and we are beyond excited at the enthusiasm and support the film steadily generating. This week began with several logistical stops, prepping a theater or two for the October screenings, as well as appearing for an interview or two in the Pennsylvania area: http://www.wearecentralpa.com/central-pa-live/generational-sins/813693385
After tidying up several details in the World Premiere area, our intrepid team took the show on the road! Our university/campus tour kicked off with a fantastic visit to Grove City College in Grove City, PA. There we enjoyed the opportunity to screen “Generational Sins” and hold discussion with GCC students. The enthusiasm of the students was incredible and the opportunity to connect with them on a personal basis was absolutely thrilling. The campus tour continued with an opportunity to engage Penn State University students in multi-faceted discussion regarding Hard-Faith™ films, the film industry in all its hands-on glory, film education, worldview issues and development,, and many other thought-provoking topics. We were pleased to find the students engaged and eager to connect with Third Brother Films and the controversial concept of Hard-Faith™ storytelling.
To conclude our intense, but rewarding week, Team Third Brother will be reaching out to the press and meeting with Pittsburgh-area theaters, in order continue building professional relationships with local communities, and to prepare for our October 6th release! In addition, we will be tending to several grassroots organizations in both Atlanta, GA and Nashville TN, as that is where the compass points our tour, beginning next week.
Each solitary second of sleep lost and every ounce of hustle are already absolutely worth their weight in gold, as we couldn’t be more thrilled about the coming days and weeks of connection with friends, fans, students, communities and supporters! Before you know it, we’ll be at The Rowland Theatre in Philipsburg, presenting “Generational Sins” to the world! Don’t forget to buy your premiere tickets, if you haven’t already. It will truly be a night to remember: http://www.gensins1.eventbrite.com
